Legendary Collectibles LLC provides pricing analytics and market intelligence tools for Amazon book sellers. Our services include real-time price monitoring, competitive analysis, price drop alerts, and historical pricing data through integration with the Amazon Selling Partner API.

3. User Responsibilities

Users of our services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and Amazon's policies
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our tools or data

4. Amazon Marketplace Data

Our services utilize data obtained through the Amazon Selling Partner API. All marketplace data is accessed and used in compliance with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy, Data Protection Policy, and Solution Provider Agreement. Users acknowledge that Amazon marketplace data is subject to Amazon's terms and conditions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Legendary Collectibles LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services for their intended purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Legendary Collectibles LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of pricing data.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
