1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Price Monitor, the pricing analytics service provided by Legendary Collectibles LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Price Monitor is a pricing analytics tool for Amazon book sellers. The service provides real-time pricing context, price change alerts, and historical pricing data for the seller's own listings, via the Amazon Selling Partner API on behalf of the authorized seller. Price Monitor does not aggregate, store, or resell data across multiple sellers — each user accesses pricing context for their own catalog using their own SP-API authorization.

3. User Responsibilities

Users of our services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and Amazon's policies.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our tools or data.

4. Amazon Marketplace Data

Price Monitor accesses Amazon Selling Partner API data on behalf of the authorized seller, scoped to that seller's own catalog and listings. All access is in compliance with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy, Data Protection Policy, and Solution Provider Agreement. Price Monitor does not aggregate, store, or resell data across multiple sellers. Users acknowledge that Amazon marketplace data is subject to Amazon's terms and conditions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Legendary Collectibles LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services for their intended purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Legendary Collectibles LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of pricing data.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States.
