We sell books through online marketplaces, and we also operate Price Monitor, a pricing-analytics service for Amazon book sellers. This Privacy Policy covers both sides of our business: our retail book sales, including order enquiries, shipping and customer communication, and the Price Monitor service.

We do not aggregate, store, or resell data across multiple sellers.

3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain our pricing analytics services.
- Monitor product pricing and generate alerts based on user-defined thresholds.
- Improve and optimize our services.

4. Text Messaging (SMS)

- Used solely for providing pricing analytics on the authorized seller's own listings.
- Never aggregated, combined, or compared across sellers.
- Never resold, repackaged, or shared with any third parties.
- Encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS.
- Stored securely with access restricted to authorized personnel based on job duties.
- Retained only as long as necessary to provide our services.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information or Amazon Information to outside parties. We do not share Amazon Information with any third parties.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information, including:
- Encryption of data in transit using TLS/HTTPS.
